Air DUCT cleaning

The EPA estimates that indoor air quality is usually about 70% more polluted than the air we breathe outside.

Allergists report that no less than half of all illnesses are either caused, or worsened by exposure to poor indoor air quality. The heating and air conditioning ducts in the typical home are filled with dust, dirt, hair, spider webs, mold, mildew, bacteria fungi, pet dander and other microbial organisms. All of this matter is constantly wafting throughout your house in the form of airborne particulates, and the statistics concerning indoor air quality and air duct cleanliness (or lack thereof) are staggering.

By having your air ducts cleaned regularly, you will greatly improve the indoor air quality of your home.

We use an organic, antibacterial solution that is safe for pets, people and the environment at an affordable cost.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Problems caused by a clogged dryer vent

  • Fires - The lint from your clothing, towels and other washables can build up inside the dryer vent. All of this material is highly flammable and can cause a fire.

  • Carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning - When the dryer vent is clogged, dangerous CO gases aren’t able to escape through the vent. Instead, they build up inside the vent and may seep out into the laundry room and into other areas of the home.

  • Wear and tear on the dryer -  When it takes two or three cycles to get your clothes dried, this puts a lot of strain on your dryer. It can lead to excessive wear and tear on the unit.

  • Skyrocketing utility bills - A dryer that is running more often than it should to dry clothes will use a lot of energy. This will be reflected on your monthly utility bills.

Even new dryers should be cleaned at least 1-2 times per year.
